As promised, here are the last two key secrets for making ChatGPT respond the exact way you want:

Use Custom Instructions:  ChatGPT is like someone who listens to all your important thoughts, worries, and feelings. 

But as soon as you start a new chat, it forgets everything about you. 

It's like those people who act really nice to you one day, but then when you see them again, they act like they don't know you at all. "Sorry, do I know you?" they say. 

But now, with Custom Instructions, things are different.

The 'Custom instructions' feature is an option you can find by clicking on the lower left side of your screen. 

It includes two questions: "What information would you like ChatGPT to know about you so it can provide better responses?" and "How would you like ChatGPT to respond?" 

This feature is useful for letting ChatGPT know more about you, as much as you're comfortable sharing. 

You can tell it about your audience, your goals, and the way you want your responses to be written. 

For example, you can put your style guide, and ChatGPT will remember it for each session.

Also, you can specify your audience and the way you'd like to communicate with them.

This way it remembers to respond just how you outlined across all sessions.

And the last secret key is…

Keep Providing Feedback: Don't expect perfection right away when training ChatGPT's writing. 

Be ready to critique responses and guide it towards better ones. 

Explain exactly why something is incorrect and have it try again. 

When it gets close, share what you liked and what needs tweaking. 

By repeating this process, ChatGPT will steadily improve at emulating your ideal style.
